Tabitha Miller was appointed to complete the twenty-year term of her biological mother, Tanya Miller after her unexpected death in 2272.  Her current term ends in 2280.  At the end of her term, she can submit herself as an applicant for a full term or she can retire.

Currently, she is the only post-fall natural born to be a voting council member. The Miller line has a tradition of mating with Hamlin clones to produce a female offspring which goes back two centuries.  All members of this genetic line have inherited cellular senescence and never age.
