When the Rouche Corporation recreated the OGA as a corporate division, they grew a clone of one of their most advanced lines, artificially aged it to six standard years and presented it to the Director of the OGA, Ivanka Noloznika. Noloznika raised Lindsey as her protegee, teaching her to be an advanced operative.
